Mike Ramirez was selected for Outstanding Leadership and Commitment to Excellence. Mike has been a member of the NLPOA since 1993. He has dedicated his time and commitment for over 25-years. During his law enforcement career, he worked many areas such as patrol, traffic and investigations. He retired from the Dallas County Sheriff’s Department after 30-years of distinguished service. He went on to become Chief Deputy of The Dallas County Constables Office, Precinct 5 and retired in 2012. Throughout his NLPOA membership years, Mike has always assisted the organization in its mission.
He has served at the request of many national presidents to chair committees, to assist with fundraising, to spread the message of the NLPOA in Dallas County, Texas State and throughout his travels. Mike is currently the chapter president for the NLPOA Dallas County Chapter and the NLPOA Texas State President and is a valued member of our organization.
