Welcome Esteemed NLPOA Members!

Welcome to The National Latino Peace Officers Association website,

It has been a pleasure to serve as the President of this incredible organization since 2016. We continue to expand our organization and are so excited to have added seven chapters with incredible leadership. These emerging chapters include Greater New York, The Bronx, Manhattan, NY, Essex County, New Jersey, Milwaukee 2.0, Wisconsin, Monterey, California and Atlanta, Georgia. These additional chapters help to assist our country’s law enforcement leaders to build bridges with our minority communities.

The Greater Houston Chapter is hosting our 47th Annual Training Conference from September 9-12, 2020 in Houston, Texas. We encourage you to make plans to attend this excellent conference where you will receive top-notch training, vendor sources, networking and camaraderie.

I am looking forward to what this next year holds for us as we continue to serve our communities, build strong leaders and empower our youth.

Sincerely, Cindy M. Rodriguez.
