The promotional ceremonies were conducted in Los Angeles at the US Corps of Engineers Headquarters were John received his induction pin, oath of office and the Uncasing of his flag, a reception was held in his honor in downtown Los Angeles. The NLPOA Central Valley Chapter is extremely proud of having John as a member of the chapter, he demonstrates all we can accomplish if we focus in attaining our goal.
