This is a picture of Mr. Gene Reyes and Vicente as he presents the NLPOA Founder’s Award at the California State Meeting at the Marriott Hotel in Visalia, California in March 2018. Mr. Reyes is also a NLPOA Lifetime Member, he was voted “All American” as a running back when he attended Cal State Sacrament. Now he participates in the Senior Olympics where he has won numerous gold, silver and bronze medals in track and field in the past 6 years… not bad for a 82 year old.
