On Friday, July 12, 2019 at the Fresno Grizzlies brand new Kodiak Club, the Fresno NLPOA Chapter hosted our 10th Annual Scholarship Recipients luncheon. The 17 Scholarship Recipients and their parents and family were in attendance, as well as 17 Fresno NLPOA members. It was a great event with the delicious food served and an informative presentation given by Police Chief Silver Rodriguez, Sanger Police Department. President Ruben Diaz, Treasurer Joe Ortiz, Maria Ortiz, Graciela James, Lieutenant Jose Gutierrez, and Chief Silver Rodriguez presented the Scholarship checks of $1,000 to each 17 Scholarship Recipients, along with a Fresno NLPOA Certificate and a goodie bag with an Fresno NLPOA Cap. The students and their family members were appreciative of the Scholarship and the luncheon.
