Tulare County Supervisor, Eddie Valadez and Romelia Castillo, NLPOA Member, at the inaugural of the Viet Nam Memorial Wall in Dinuba, California. Romelia was the coordinator for the Wall and was able to raise over $140,000 to purchase the wall.

Avenue of the Flags honoring over 2,300 veterans who have died. Members of the NLPOA Central Valley Chapter were busy assisting in two different Memorial Day Celebrations. The Chapter also donated toward the completion, landscaping and cement walkways for the Viet Nam Veterans Memorial Wall. Jacob Huerta and Romelia worked very hard to make the Memorial a relative. Thank You to both of them for their dedication to the Veterans and NLPOA. Si Se Puede.
