Day at the Ball Park

On August 1, 2018, the Visalia Rawhide Baseball Teamed up with minor league baseball, invited the Central Valley and the Kings County NLPOA Chapters to a day at the park in their efforts to reach the Latino Community. The Rawhide Association introduced the NLPOA on the parks’ scoreboard, however, the Rawhides lost against San Jose Giants.

However, they put up a table and chairs where we handed out informational pamphlets, in Spanish, regarding laws and regulations required by California under the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV). The chapter also took the opportunity to recruit several new members that evening.
